By request, we will be utilizing a new online registration and payment system through Cvent. Payments will no longer be accepted by cash or check or at the Epilepsy Foundation office.

The new system will work like this:

1. Make credit card payment online to reserve a team space.
   
   
2. Indicate whether you’re playing in the competitive or non-competitive tournament. (See the description of each on the Event Brochure).
   
   
3. Choose an available court.
   
   
4. Enter all Team Roster information (you will be able to return at a later date to complete and/or change this information).
   
   
5. Deliver Release of Liability waivers signed by each player and witnessed, to the Epilepsy Foundation office. At that time you will receive the participant wristbands required for entrance into the park and to play on the court. It’s best to do this in person if possible.
   
   

6. We will hold a Captain's meeting on Monday, July 6, 6:30-7:30 PM at the New Fricker’s Miller Lane location (off I-75 Benchwood exit) and Wednesday, July 8, 6:30-7:30 PM @ Fricker’s Woodman location the week of the event and if you would like to pick these up at that meeting. Just let us know. 

   
   
   

To prepare to use the Cvent system, we have attached a Team Roster form for you to gather required information. You will need each player’s name, address, email, phone contact, t-shirt size (shirt sizes must be submitted prior to June 19th to guarantee sizes) Do not leave information blank and do not duplicate your address for the entire team or your registration will be invalid.

As usual, each team may include up to 10 players. The team must be co-ed with at least two of each gender playing on the court at all times. Maximum on court is 8 players.

It is the Captain’s responsibility to make sure that everyone on your team is familiar with and agrees with the Rules of Play and Guidelines. They must be adhered to at all times. Completion of the online registration indicates your team’s agreement to uphold the Rules and Guidelines and to play a fair, fun game of Mud Volleyball.
